Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to the UK mainland, but we’re working on extending this so watch this space.

Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We’re afraid that you cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. For any queries regarding your order, drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class) costs £2.95.

How long will my order take to get to me?

We use Royal Mail 2nd class post within the UK, which usually means that most orders will arrive within two to six working days after they’re dispatched. Please note that this is based on Royal Mail estimated delivery speed and can vary.

I placed an order online but haven’t received a confirmation email.

Hmmm, that’s strange. Drop us a message and we’ll get investigating!

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please allow at least six working days for delivery. If you still haven’t received your order, drop us an email with your order reference number and we’ll get it sorted for you.

What is the returns policy?

We really hope you love your magazine but if it is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to organise a refund or replacement.

If you have simply changed your mind, you have a right to cancel if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the magazine is unopened and in a resaleable condition, you can return it to us and receive a full refund. Please note that we do not supply free returns postage labels and returning products that are not faulty or damaged will be at a cost to you.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently take payment via PayPal.

Are these magazines different to those in the shops?

Not at all- the amazing range of mags on our website is the same as you’ll find in your local retailers. The only difference is that sometimes we offer super saver bundles- take a peek at some of them here!

Is the site secure?

Completely! We’re serious about security.

Our site is encrypted and protected for your total protection. That means when you login to your account, or register your name and e-mail, we encrypt those with industry standard protection.
The site is also protected by several layers of security protection, to ensure the few personal details we do ask for are locked away safe.

How much will postage cost?

We have agreed a final postage rate of £2.95 per order. For now this will be a flat rate across all orders.
